Jagex mods inform you that you should participate in the discussions for rares being released, you can do that by following this link. I suggest you read in a little bit, because the arguments stated at that thread are not to be missed. Personaly, i'd love if you guys could vote for bank tabs, they would make the game a bit more fun, its a little feature that I'm sure everyone would love to see..
